Runs the validator against a test suite, via a TAP test. Adds
tap-driver.shas documented by automake, https://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/html_node/Use-TAP-with-the-Automake-test-harness.htmlNote that 10 tests are currently failing.
Also adds Travis configuration.
