Redesigning the entire UI to achieve a more modern, clean look by removing MUI and adopting Tailwind with shadcn. Also updating react and next versions.
Updating the page contents to make it more accurate, adding a clearer initial flow, Tailscale support, and presenting the local proxy as a fallback option.
