Fixed map to clientId and set Auth0 audience

Fixed map to Auth0 clientId, see documentation https://auth0.github.io/auth0-spa-js/interfaces/Auth0ClientOptions.html:

Set audience during login and get token to ensure the returned token is a signed JWT (JWS) and not an encrypted JWT (JWE) - rs-core expect a signed JWT:
