refactored LigandMPNN a bit to create a pip installable version. Models were a bit too large for pip default 100MB limit, so got an exception to allow larger packaging, thank you @cmaureir.
pip version is already up and installable, see https://pypi.org/project/ligandmpnn/
this pull request updates directory structure and the README to reflect usage of the pip installable version as well as the original source code. tested on M2 and some older x86 macs, and WSL Ubuntu.
