fix the text based on corresponding png files
text is read in and parsed depending on whether reg.sep is defined regmarks contain: spaces for region content pipes "|" for region boundaries square brackets "[" and "]" for the start and end of text, respectively
fix some region separators and spacing
after combining each line of text, in order to restrict region separators to only take one character width
if chrH is not specified by user
no console output when writing a regdef file warning message if write.regdef is not a boolean
