1. Initialize Main.opts with modified Main.createOptions which returns a built Options object to resolve the failures in unit test.
2. Allow selecting network device in networking related commands.
3. Use `/etc/init.d/networking restart` script instead of `/etc/init.d/network restart` to restart the network.
4. Modified pom.xml to to JDK 1.8
5. Use maven to simplifies the build process
6. Updated README.md.
