πŸ›‘οΈ Sentinel: [Security Enhancement]

🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: Missing standard HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, HSTS, CSP, etc.)
🎯 Impact: Increases risk of clickjacking, MIME sniffing attacks, and downgrade attacks.
πŸ”§ Fix: Added a middleware to src/http-transport.ts that injects these headers on every response.
βœ… Verification: Created a reproduction test case src/repro-security-headers.test.ts (now deleted) that confirmed headers are present and HSTS is correctly skipped for localhost. Existing tests in src/http-transport.test.ts also pass.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1154938676135276516 started by @davidruzicka

- Add X-Frame-Options: DENY
- Add X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
- Add Content-Security-Policy: default-src 'self'
- Add Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) with localhost exclusion
- Verify via reproduction test case

This enhances the default security posture of the MCP server against clickjacking, MIME sniffing, and insecure connections.
