You'd definitely want to test it for JavaME - Hecl still seems to see some use there. |

This patch lowers the restrictions for characters in variable names. E.g. greek letters would be allowed.
Note, the change has been taken from drawj2d svn commit r62. Drawj2d is a JRE>=1.6 program. The patch has not been tested for Java ME.
