Add examples collected from archived copies of old BIBO website.

Some are updated to be expressed in valid Turtle (first commit was the verbatim copies, second the adjustments). An index file is also added with rudimentary metadata about each file (description document).

These are the verbatim copies, without reformatting or validation;
collected from:
<https://web.archive.org/web/20100706085419/http://bibliontology.com/examples>.

Assumed prefixes added in: examples/000-prefixes.ttl

All documents included the following (under their title heading):

    <div class="submitted"><abbr title="Friday, February 12, 2010 -
    14:06">February 12, 2010</abbr> by <em>fgiasson</em></div>

These are now redundant and have been converted to proper metadata about
the descriptions as documents.

Good call! (I probably mechanically generated it from the (misspelled) source: https://web.archive.org/web/20100217082732/http://bibliontology.com/content/statue .) Since it's just a placeholder we might also remove it (the comment about it really is the more informative bit).
