The Federal Reserve Bank is also a key provider of economic data in the United States. FRED data can be obtained from here. Note that FRED stands for Federal Reserve Economic Data.

Accessing FRED Data in Python

We can get the data using their FRED API in Python. To begin, we need to first register a new account. Once the account is created, we can request the API Key here.
