Adds a UI to the wallets page that allows users to bridge EVM assets between chains. Additionally: - Communicates fees for bridge completion transactions to the initiator - Adds an index to the eth transaction db to be able to query bridge initiations by asset ID.

Tried on simnet but the amount doesnt seem right. starting with 101 eth and bridging 3 when I had none on base:

It was just a problem with the simnet bridge. It's fixed now. Too bad we can't replicate that bug on mainnet. |

Additionally:
I commented out the USDC bridge temporarily as it has there is a new version and the code needs to be updated to support it.
