If a PR isn't quite ready to merge but you'd like feedback or discussion on it, I suggest the convention of prefixing "WIP: " to the PR name so it's clear that it's a work in progress. |

Created a new component Github with two components - an Actions list (currently a stub) and an Issues list (currently pulling from GitHub via their API).
There are issues - e.g. the links don't work - either from the Actions list or the Issues list.
