At Medikabazaar, India's largest B2B healthcare marketplace (₹100 Cr+ monthly GMV, 250K+ customers), I shipped an AI invoice processing system using OpenAI vision models that eliminated 80% of manual data entry. I lead a 5-engineer team and have built platforms used at scale across healthcare.
