Added script to load cookies into Chrome and option to clear cookies before loading.
Added script for loading cookies due to difficulty getting browser extension to load large files and blobs of cookies.

Added another script for loading and clearing cookies. This is intended to be used locally to load cookies that have been collected and clear cookies from the browser when loading.
