Add Insights Page and Solution Visualizations

Description:
This PR introduces the following changes:

• Features:

  • Insights overview page with alerts and highlight numbers.
  • Chord diagram to visualize solution relationships.
  • Frontend preparations for solution insights.

• Fixes:

  • Resolved horizontal scroll overflow issue in the list component.
  • Improved security by redirecting to login for expired sessions across all routes.

• Chores:

  • Added a news post for the insights page.
  • Applied ESLint fixes and code touchups.
