Added option for solution upgrade instead of solution update
Progress bar reaches 100 % for the solution import and then stays there, while awaiting removal of the previous version of the solution.
Handling of the parameter might not be correct for all combinations of import parameters, e.g. the parameter should not be valid for unmanaged imports and as a consequence not for extended solutions either.
