This is a new Pull Request, addressing the remaining Updates from #42331 after that PR was closed
Description
This Pull Request adds the option to list, add, update and remove Notes for individual Detections. The Implementation is based on the implementation for adding notes to entities.
In addition, a command is added to allow to remove an entity from the list of already fetched Entites is added. This functionality was already part of the "outgoing mirroring". The command simply exposes the feature to allow the feature to be used on demand.
