  2. run "Sync now" on your phone Fitbit app

Restart your Fitbit Versa

  2. Swipe left on the screen until you see Settings. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap About.
  4. Select Shutdown. Tap Yes to confirm shutdown
  5. On your Fitbit Versa, press and hold the Back and bottom right button for a few seconds.
  6. Once you see the Fitbit logo screen, release the buttons.
  7. Wait for a few seconds until the device vibrates. This signals that the reboot has been successful.
  8. check if the image was updated or try a new image change

Reinstall the Clock Face

This worked for several users, I think is related with app cache:

  1. Uninstall Pic-me clock face
  2. Install Pic-me clock face
  3. restart your phone
  4. Try updating image

Resize your photo

This step should be done automatically by the app but there are reported issues when large files (images) are being used. It is possible the image is not being processed properly by the component and a little help providing a square image (300x300 ideally) helped some users.
