Pattern Upgrade + Flower Pattern

I've made improvements to the pattern class:

• It's capable of having children classes which can generate changes for the same epoch
• Colors are now arrays of colors so you can have variable color throughout each pattern
  • If colors don't have a 1-to-1 mapping, the averages in the middle are used to transition

Changes I made to the Lights class:

• It's now capable of merging conflicts
• It's now capable of running multiple changes per epoch from the patterns
