📚 배경
현재 jwt를 발급받기 위해서는 반드시 Oauth를 거쳐야하기 때문에, 프론트와의 원할한 연동 테스트를 위해 임시 jwt 생성기가 필요하다.

입력한 email과 nickname에 기반하여 만약 이미 존재하는 유저의 경우 nickname필드를 무시하고 email에 해당하는 유저의 accessToken과 refreshToken을 발급합니다.
만약, 존재하지 않는 유저의 경우 입력받은 두 필드를 기반으로 유저를 생성하여 두 토큰을 발급합니다.
