How to Use Inventory-Pro

This quick guide will help you get set up and start using the system in just a few minutes.

1. Create an account / log in
2. Visit your Dashboard to view current inventory and alerts
3. Go to Products → Add Product to enter new items
4. Update quantities anytime as stock changes
5. Use the search bar or filters to quickly navigate your catalog
6. Monitor inventory health from the dashboard and keep items up-to-date

Creating an Account / Logging In

1. Open the app.
2. Click Sign Up if you’re new.
3. Enter your details to create an account.
4. If you already have an account, click Log In instead.

After logging in, you’ll be taken directly to your Dashboard.

Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a quick overview of your inventory:

• Total Products - how many items you’re tracking
• Low Stock Items - products running low
• Quick Search - find products instantly
• Recent Changes - see what was recently updated

This page helps you understand your inventory health at a glance.

Adding Your First Product

To begin tracking your inventory:

1. Go to Products in the sidebar.

2. Click Add Product.

3. Fill in the product details:

   • Name
   • Category
   • Quantity
   • Description

4. Click Save.

Your product will now appear in your inventory list.

Updating Stock Levels

When stock changes (sales, restocks, etc.):

1. Open the Products page.
2. Select the product you want to update.
3. Change the quantity.
4. Save your update.

Your dashboard will reflect the new stock level instantly.

Searching & Filtering Products

Inventory-Pro makes it easy to find items, even in large inventories.

To search:

Use the search bar at the top of the Products page.

To filter:

Use category filters to narrow down items (e.g., “Electronics,” “Clothing,” etc.).

Low-Stock Alerts

Items with low quantities will appear in the Low Stock section of the dashboard so you can reorder before running out.

This helps prevent stockouts and keeps your operations smooth.

Editing or Removing Products

Edit:

1. Open the product
2. Click Edit
3. Update details
4. Save changes

Remove:

1. Choose the product
2. Click Delete
3. Confirm

(You can always add it back later.)
