Bhaskar-store-Data-Analysis (Interactive Dashboard creation using MS Excel)

Project Objective

Bhaskar-store Product-sales wants to create an annual sales report for 2022. So that, the owner of the Product sales can understand their customers and grow more sales in 2020 to 2022 in Different Places of Bhaskar outlet also.

  • Compare the sales and orders using single chart.

  • Which month got the highest sales and orders?

  • Who sell more - TOP 3 sellers?

  • What are different order status in 2022?

  • List top 3 places contributing to the sales?

  • Relation between sellers and products based on number of orders.

  • Which seller is contributing maximum to the sales?

  • Total sales and Total value of selling products

  • u can access data between 4 buttons different categories of data cleaning and data visualization for user friendly easy understand.

Process

  • Verify data for any missing values and anomalies, and sort out the same.
  • Organized by different categories of data dashboard,products,salesman,About this four buttons.
  • Made sure data is consistent and clean with respect to data type, data format and values used.
  • Created pivot tables according to the questions asked.
  • Merge all pivot tables into one dashboard and apply slicer to make dynamic.

Project Insight

  • customers are more likely to buy products compared to different salesman (~65%).
  • The places of Guntur, Ongole and Tenali e.t.c are the top 3 product sellers.
  • The maximum number of products salesman sell.
  • More than 90% of the products delivered.

Final Conclusion:

To improve the sales of Bhaskar Store, a strategic marketing plan focused on area salesman residing in Guntur, Vijayawada, and Ongole should be implemented. This demographic represents a key consumer segment, as they often make significant gadgets and lifestyle purchases. The approach should include targeted digital marketing campaigns and personalized promotions to capture their attention.
