Refining the categories for : Reference Work, Automatic Edited Work, (Scholarly) Edited Work.
Update app.xqm
Adding $type for RW, AEW and Edited Work + Correcting el_publication_date.
Adding the tei:ref into the index only if it has an xml:id (cf. Siete Partidas).
