Adds a scheduled/manual GitHub Actions workflow to build-test the OpenSSL Connector across multiple build modes, intended to provide ongoing CI coverage for connector build compatibility.
Changes:
- Introduces a new workflow triggered by
workflow_dispatchand a cron schedule. - Downloads multiple OpenSSL source tarballs into
thirdparty/for builds. - Runs three build variants (NanoCAP only, NanoCAP+NanoTAP local, NanoCAP+NanoTAP remote) and fails the job if any variant fails.
