Required for adding translations to ICCA MAPEO intro screens
Work in progress
This PR extends the build-translations functionality to walk through NPM dependencies and check if any of these contain translations to be loaded by the host app.
This will be needed for the ICCA MAPEO intro screens.
Putting in this PR so that Dagmara Kukla (UNEP-WCMC) can continue the work as I will no longer be working with UNEP-WCMC.
Note to Dagmara: check whether tests need updating.
