Adds a
mglocale pack with a singletraditionalstyle for traditionally mononymous Malagasy names.The pool covers the full range of authentic Malagasy naming — from short poetic blessings (Kanto, Lanto, Miora, Hasina) to very long compound names (Andrianampoinimerina, Voninahitriniaina, Rajaonarimampianina) reflecting parental hopes, blessings, and circumstances of birth.
Note: names are pre-composed for now. True generative compounding (building names syllable-by-syllable from component pools) is tracked in #10 and #11.
