These are the migration scripts that we are going to use for migrating S3 data from one account to another accounts.
This PR is not meant to be merged. This is being created for review for the policies and the steps that I would be taking
The code is generated with help of Claude and I have reviewed and tested it thoroughly so this in good state for review.
