Fixes run task (which is pretty much nonfunctional at the moment) so that it actually...builds stuff, as well as properly accepts parameters. Should (amongst other things) also fix the errors that occur at the end of every compilation.
Also fixes the packaging task so that it actually only packages/attempts to package the platforms you actually built for.
Note: I am fairly certain this is broken for mac, but have no way to confirm this (actually I conjecture that it was broken for mac beforehand too) so I would appreciate someone with access to that platform confirm whether that is/is not the case.
