Add new areas and modify existing ones

Adds the following new areas:

• qaan
• sc
• db

and modifies the following:

• sgl
• nkb -> nuuk

sc and db cover a larger area compared to the already-existing areas scoresbysund and disko.

qaan uses another projection than the other areas since the Albers Equal Area projection looks drawn out and not good.

The area names are based on the current experiment names for the Harmonie high-res runs.
