Update install guide for Debian / Ubuntu to align with common practice on these platforms.
curlwithwget, becausewgetis pre-included in Debian / Ubuntu, whereascurlneeds to be installed by users.gpgto "dearmorthe GPG key (base64 -> binary). ThoughAPT` supports "armored" key, it still recommends to use non-armored one.
