Summary
Adds an issue resolution in
.ort.ymlfor theinvalid: @typescript-eslint/eslint-pluginERROR raised by ORT's NPM analyzer. See.ort.ymlfor details.The package is already excluded at scope level as a devDependency, but the ERROR fires before scope exclusions are applied — hence the explicit resolution.
Validated by re-running ORT with the patch — analyzer completed successfully.
