Adds CLERK_PUBLISHABLE_KEY and CLERK_SECRET_KEY entries to .env.example. The code already reads these (src/config/env.ts, src/core/clerkAuth.ts), but they weren't documented. Values live in SSM at /cotrackpro/prod/auth/clerk/{publishable_key,secret_key}.
