I haven't looked in detail at the pull request itself, but the build for 1.8.7 and 1.9.2 is broken, see https://travis-ci.org/dovadi/mt940/builds/3701583. |

Removed Deutsche Bank untill i ll found test mt940 file for it and fixed compatibility issue |

I
ve added support of statements with transactions, trying to keep unchanged work with transactions itself. Its easy to validate amount on start and end with statement info. Also i dont have files with valid sequence and statement number for Ing, Triodos, so i couldnt implement correct work for this banks.
