A data bridge between smart_ip and ip2locate modules.

INSTALATION

* Install module as usual Drupal module.

CONFIGURATION
==================

* When module installed, go to /admin/config/regional/ip2locale/providers to
enable this data provider.

* This module doesn't required any additional configuration.
It is inherit all configration from smart_ip.
