MailTree

MailTree is a simple program which forwards emails based on subject keywords to defined list of list of users.

How Does it work

The base emails can be gathered form single source, such as: someone@example.com or multiple sources.

Since the email has(receiver, subject and body):

  • The "Keyword Entity" and Recipients are created by the program
  • The subject is converted to keywords and compared with the keywords created by the program
  • On insert: if the keywords match they copy of email is stored
  • On send: The emails is covered by a custom template, which makes the email look like it's sent by you

Modules

Currently: Keyword List and Emails

Keyword List

This module contains the "Keyword Entities".

So what are those "Keyword entities" ?

They basically are the keywords from the emails subject and the recipients. E.x.:

  • Keywords: dog, dolphin, gnu
  • Recipients: dog@animal.a, dolphin@fastswimmer.b, gnu@feeanimal.c

So, Keywords + Recipients = Keyword Entity.

Emails

Only the instance of the email is showed, just like from the original source. On email send: if multiple recipient exits, a copy of the emails is sent to each of them.
