Map fix, update check and obfuscation removal

Thanks for a great app! It works well.

• I fixed the map, it loads now. CoInitialize was not being called on the map creation thread. Fixed up Uninitialize for it (moved from main thread which already has it's own).
• I also noticed the update url in the exe points to some chinese spam, I am unsure if that link has been compromised, I removed that update check.
• I also removed the Obfuscation portion, since it was not included in the source code.
• I re-added the placeholder for the map, I am not sure why you obfuscated it, and why you didn't supply the correct image, so I did not submit it to the repo and just put the placeholder as compilation fails without it.
