As a developer building on biomes-contracts, you need to clone the mud repo to a folder in a specific location, then build the cli. This PR will allow tenetxyz to publish the CLI to npm, so that it can simply be npm installed.
It additionally makes the pnpm version match whats in biomes-contracts.
