This repository stores all the code and data relative to the Koeppen-Geiger analysis of Turquoise killifish climatic
data in relation to spatial distribution.
meteo-data.txt contains the raw meteorological data converted to an R input file: KG_Rinput.csv.
KG.py is the ipython notebook code to generate the R input file.
