Motivation and Context

News_author shortcode update to render author profile link, for use outside of the news author name, ie, in a avatar (because avatar user link doesn't work....)

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with my theme and with v2.3.3
Use in template the shortcode {NEWS_AUTHOR=profilelink}
