The quick_user_guide.md can be converted to a pdf file by using Doxygen (tested with 1.9.6). You need to have in the parent directory a directory called images with two files there:

• runtime_io_mbs-palabos_8.png
• runtime_cpi-palabos_8.png

You also need to have the file header.tex in the same directory where you are running the doxygen command.

doxygen quick_user_guide_doxyfile
cd latex
make pdf
