- Enhance the Updater to create and open in a browser a URL to create a new new issue with the current milestone details.
- Because the body is very large, we can't specify it in the query parameter, so instead we copy it to the system clipboard such that it can be easily pasted.
- The body is transformed to join lines to provide a more nicely-formatted body than is the case for a literal copy-and-paste.
- Link to the current SimRel Plan and ensure the Updater maintains this link.
