This implements the feature where dataset tables can refer to other tables in the same dataset. Depends on PR #1492.
Derived dataset tables to reference other tables within the same dataset using
self.table_namesyntax. This mirrors the existingself.function_name()pattern for functions.Also does adjustments to start block resolution and plumbing.
Test by un-ignoring the existing test.
