- Update all container to latest software versions
- Update base to use Debian stable instead of specifically bullseye, allowing for automatic switch to latest stable
- Update Electrs to latest release 0.10.7 - Update Debian to use stable as base instead of bullseye
- Update Monero version to 0.18.3.4 - Use Debian stable as base instead of bullseye
