Fix versioning and package name

Package is now bermann rather than Bermann, and GitHub version matches setup.py verison.

First release!

RDD support is pretty much there, so I'm making this a release. There are still a few loose ends:

• sc.parallelize doesn't accept varargs input, just lists right now
• There are a few issues with not deepcopying references when performing RDD operations
• Docs are fairly minimal right now

I'll tackle each of those shortly, and probably produce a new release after that, then move onto full DataFrame support.
