PaintNET_Plugin_PhotoLevelAndColorCorrection

It's an "all-in-one" tool to make color and level corrections for photos :

• color temperature
• color saturation
• levels and gamma

The default values is a kind of auto-level that respect original photo's color temperature and make no color data loss.
You can rise "Low level RGB independance factor" and "High level RGB independance factor" to get a full auto-level but also it will change color balance of the picture.

If you rise "Low level to 0 output factor" more tant 100, it will turn darks colors to black.
If you rise "High levels to 255 output factor" more than 100, it will turn clear colors to white.

Notice that color temperature correction is processed first, then color saturation, thus level correction, and at the end gamma correction.
In this order result is better.
