Telegram Proxy Pack v1.1.0

Local MTProto proxy with Fake TLS for Telegram.

Three platforms:

• Windows: .exe with GUI, system tray, auto-config
• Android APK (no root): MTGAndroid with built-in mtg v2
• Android Magisk (root): mtg v2 Go binary, auto-start

Tools included:

• health_check.py — proxy & Telegram DC status
• watchdog.py — auto-restart on failure
• generate_qr.py — QR code for tg://proxy links
• build_magisk_module.sh — build Magisk ZIP with mtg

All traffic disguised as HTTPS (Fake TLS). No external servers. No SOCKS5.
