Remove autofocusing on the first focusable element in the modal as this is not compatible with React’s way of handling autofocus. React doesn’t add the autoFocus prop to DOM elements which ally.js is dependent on.

@JonathanP I added a slightly different take on this, with a autofocusFirstElement prop, that preserves the rest of the ally functionality. Let me know what you think of the current state; if removing the functionality entirely is still a good idea we can do that.
