Follows the release pattern from 0.1.26 (commit 5753998): pyproject and CHANGELOG versions bump in the main release PR, plugin.json bumps in a follow-up. Follow-up to #30. Matches the release pattern from 0.1.26 — plugin.json lags the Python package version and gets bumped in its own small PR after the release.
