Add a function for an nonlinear stiffness matrix which uses an analytic quadratic differentiation and a function for a calculating it numerically. Add an example to use quadratic nonlinearities.

Add functionality for possible custom/rayleigh cubic/quadratic nonlinearities. Right now only the quadratic and cubic rayleigh-type nonlinearities are fully implemented.
Add WIP example code for FEM Harmonic Balancing.
Add example script for running nonlinear simulations.
