This repository collects a handful of scripts and notebooks to reshape connectomics segmentation data for proofreading and various tasks.

Running other scripts requires you to setup a conda environment and install required packages via requirements.txt
folder containing various scripts and example notebooks for data processing.
To run, setup a conda environment using requirements.txt

To run, setup docker as described by https://github.com/reimerlab/NEURD and copy scripts into docker container
